Probiotics corporations hy said on the 30th it will launch two new products of the traditional premium fermented milk "Mechnikov" (unsweetened plain, fiber apple).
Hy said Mechnikov is a brand that started from the relationship between the probiotics concept presented in the book "The Prolongation of Life" by Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine laureate Ilya Mechnikov and gut health. This year marks the 30th anniversary of its launch.
The new products include three patented probiotics that hy independently developed and assigned a strain number. The strain number is a unique code for the strain that helps identify its origin and safety, among other things.
Hy said "unsweetened plain" does not add sugar, highlighting the deep taste of raw milk. "Fiber apple" adds apple concentrate to realize a fruit flavor. It contains up to 8g of dietary fiber per serving.
The two Mechnikov products are for retail sale only. Starting with Emart, they will sequentially enter major online and offline distribution channels to expand consumer touchpoints.
Hy plans to further expand the brand lineup by additionally launching two Greek yogurts in the first half of next year.
