Lotte Mart's online grocery platform "Lotte Mart Zetta" said on the 19th that it introduced grocery delivery benefits to Naver Plus Membership on the 17th. Through this partnership, Naver Plus Membership members can use the "Zettapass" service, which has a monthly subscription fee of 2,900 won, for free.
Zettapass is a subscription service that offers unlimited free delivery for purchases of 15,000 won or more. With a scheduled delivery system that allows customers to specify delivery days and detailed time slots, it minimizes the time products are exposed at room temperature and delivers the same fresh quality as Lotte Mart stores even online. Membership members also receive an additional 5% discount, centered on major new products released each week.
Discounted products to mark the partnership are also being introduced. For Zettapass members, customers can purchase "Haengbok Saengsaeng Eggs (large/30 count/Korean)" at a special daily price through the 24th, and "Yorihada x Jeong Ji-seon Mowhasom Sweet and Sour Pork (500g/frozen)," a popular Lotte Mart private brand using a star chef's recipe, at a special daily price from the 25th to the 31st.
Meanwhile, Lotte Mart Zetta is upgrading its overall delivery and logistics infrastructure to enhance the completeness of its online grocery shopping service. After launching Zettapass in Aug. to strengthen the customer experience, it will open a "Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC)" in Busan next year. It plans to raise efficiency by automating overall operations and improve customer convenience by further subdividing selectable delivery time slots.
