Hansae Co. said on the 18th that it received a Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy commendation (comprehensive ESG institutional sector) at the "2025 sustainable management merit government awards."
The sustainable management merit government awards, hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and organized by Korea Productivity Center (KPC), is a government awards program operated in Korea for the ESG field. Hansae Co. was recognized this year for its performance across environment, society and governance, and received the Minister commendation.
Vice Chairman Kim Ik-hwan of Hansae Co. said, "As a corporations leading the global fashion market, Hansae Co. has steadily put sustainable management into practice," adding, "With this award as a turning point, we will implement more advanced ESG management across environment, society and governance, and take the lead in building a sustainable fashion ecosystem with all stakeholders, including partners, local communities and clients."
