Musinsa said on the 16th that it will push ahead with a merger of its brand business subsidiary, Musinsa Trading.
Musinsa Trading introduces a variety of overseas brands to the domestic market, including JanSport, Dickies, Noah, Marine Serre, and Y-3.
The merger is a strategic decision to further strengthen Musinsa's brand business as a core business area alongside its platform.
Through the merger, Musinsa plans to establish a sustainable growth system based on ▲ maximizing sales synergies ▲ optimizing human and physical resources ▲ and improving operational efficiency in the brand business.
When the merger wraps up in Apr. next year, Musinsa Trading's executives and employees will be transferred to Musinsa with 100% job succession. The operation of the 10-plus brands run by Musinsa Trading will be incorporated into Musinsa's brand organization.
