The Seoul win-win franchise awards is a ceremony to foster a healthy franchise industry environment by evaluating franchisors that practice win-win partnerships with franchisees under the city's "Seoul win-win franchise development program" and selecting excellent franchisors.
According to Lotte GRS, the awards ceremony was held the previous day at Seoul City Hall's new building. The selection process proceeded through three rounds of screening based on common indicators and industry-specific evaluation criteria, including ▲ fairness in franchise business transaction ▲ communication and cooperation efforts ▲ sustainability of the franchise business ▲ practice of regional coexistence and social responsibility.
For joint growth with franchisees, Lotte GRS operates support programs to enable continuous franchisee management, including establishing a win-win council with franchisees and holding regular meetings, operating a win-win fund, and supporting environment renovation expense. As a result, Lotte GRS said it was the only large company selected as an excellent franchisor at this awards ceremony.
As it was selected as an excellent franchisor, Lotte GRS will receive incentives such as franchisee training and marketing support. A Lotte GRS official said, "Based on the franchise win-win model of Lotteria, which has continued the franchise business for 46 years, we are establishing communication and systems to continue walking with franchise owners," adding, "As we have been selected as an excellent franchisor, we will work harder as a model franchise corporations."
