Pulmuone Foods said on the 14th that it obtained re-certification in the 2025 CCM (consumer-centered management) assessment hosted by the Fair Trade Commission and the Korea Consumer Agency (KCA). With this, Pulmuone Foods became the first food corporations to receive CCM certification for 19 consecutive years.
In this year's assessment, the company received high marks for establishing consumer-centered management across the company under the leadership of the CEO, and for actively practicing ethical management, co-prosperity, and ESG activities.
It was also praised for an enterprise-wide operating system based on VOC (voice of the customer), the systematization of rewards and training, and manual management, which together strengthened the management system for improving customer satisfaction.
In addition, it was recognized for securing food safety through preventive, front-end quality control and reducing related claims, and for accumulating numerous tangible improvement cases through these efforts.
Pulmuone Foods has maintained re-certification in every assessment since first being certified in 2007. In 2019, it was also inducted into the "CCM Hall of Fame" as the first food corporations.
