Amorepacific Group said on the 5th that it will carry out a voluntary resignation program. This is the second voluntary resignation since the company's founding and comes five years after it first implemented one in Dec. 2020.
Eligible employees are those who have worked 15 years or more in support organizations and offline sales organizations, or experienced hires aged 45 or older. The companies covered are Amorepacific Holdings, Amorepacific, Innisfree, ETUDE, Amos Professional, Osulloc, and espoir.
Amorepacific plans to pay 42 months of base salary to employees with 20 years or more of service. Employees with at least 15 but less than 20 years of service and experienced hires aged 45 or older will receive an amount calculated as two months of base salary per year of service.
