Hotel Shilla said on the 27th that, through its 2026 regular executive appointments, two people were promoted from managing director to executive vice president, and three people were promoted as new managing directors.
In this reshuffle, Managing Director Park Min, head of the corporate planning team, and Managing Director Cho Byung-jun, head of the management support team of the TR (duty-free) institutional sector, were each promoted to executive vice president. The new managing directors are Director General Kim Tae-won, Director General Lee Kang-bok, and Director General Cho Sung-hoon.
Executive Vice President Cho Byung-jun is known as a finance expert who has served in key internal posts, including head of the Incheon Airport store in the TR division. Executive Vice President Park Min has focused on securing future growth engines, including leading the new business planning team.
