Pernod Ricard Korea said on the 26th that it will hold a T-Talk special lecture, an advanced course in its "sustainable bartending" program.
The sustainable bartending program is a free training course that Pernod Ricard Korea has offered since 2022 for bartenders and bar owners aged 19 and older. This T-Talk session is an advanced course prepared to hold a deeper discussion on sustainability in the bar industry. Applications are available through the Pernod Ricard Korea official website and the Naver Cafe channel.
In this special lecture, Chief Executive Kim Yong-ju of Alice Cheongdam, ranked No. 13 on Asia's Best Bars, will speak. Drawing on experience gained over a long period of bar operations and bartending, Kim plans to share the driving force behind maintaining sustainability and the vision perceived on the ground. In particular, the lecture will focus on examples across bar operations, responsible choices in ingredient sourcing, and laying the groundwork to build a bar that can survive over the long term.
Executive Vice President Ji Min-ju, head of HR and external relations at Pernod Ricard Korea, said, "We hope this training will realize sustainability not only in bar operations but across the entire industry."
