Amorepacific is pushing to sell real estate in the Seoul metropolitan area and in the provinces as part of an asset efficiency drive.
According to related industries on the 21st, Amorepacific is seeking a lead manager for the sale of real estate scattered across the Seoul metropolitan area and provincial regions, including logistics warehouses and office buildings. Observers say the sale could secure about 150 billion won in cash.
There are six assets up for sale in total: logistics warehouses in Seo-gu, Incheon, and Gimhae, South Gyeongsang; and regional office buildings in Choryang, Busan; Dong-gu, Daegu; Seo-gu, Daejeon; and Dong-gu, Gwangju. All the regional office buildings are located in commercial zones.
An Amorepacific official said, "We are reviewing the matter as part of an asset efficiency initiative and are in the stage of contacting lead managers individually," adding, "Nothing has been decided after that."
