On the 18th, ahead of the year-end, the Seoul Shilla Hotel unveiled the Shilla Edition Advent Calendar for the first time.
An advent calendar is a calendar filled with gifts that you open one by one each day while waiting for Christmas. Overseas, especially in Europe, it is common to give and receive year-end season advent calendars.
The Shilla Edition Advent Calendar consists of eight gift boxes in total. The hotel said it planned the product with the intent of delivering a brand experience by including gifts that symbolize the hotel, going beyond simple souvenirs.
The gifts include the Shilla Bear Keyring Winter Edition, worth at least 570,000 won and up to 1.3 million won, as well as a portable speaker from KEF, a British hi-fi audio brand that has collaborated with the hotel to hold listening sessions.
A surprise gift, the Lucky Coupon, is also included. The coupon offers one of various benefits, ranging from a Pastry Boutique dacquoise exchange voucher to a one-night room voucher.
The Shilla Edition Advent Calendar is available through the Seven Knights of Joy package. The package includes a one-night room stay, the Shilla Edition Advent Calendar, one valet parking service, and access to the gym and indoor swimming pool. It is available through Dec. 24, and reservations can be made on the hotel's official website.
