Marking its third year, the Food Safety Co-prosperity Academy was prepared to establish a food safety culture at factories that produce OTOKI products, strengthen cooperation with small and midsize food manufacturers, and support food safety management technologies.

A total of 28 microbiological testing personnel from 15 companies attended the academy and the tailored training.
