Global beauty APR Co. participated as an official sponsor of the "2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit" and said on the 3rd that it presented the specially produced "Medicube Age-R Booster Pro Irwolobongdo Edition" as a souvenir to spouses of leaders from each country.
The "Booster Pro Irwolobongdo Edition" gifted by APR is a product specially produced for this summit in collaboration with the National Museum of Korea. Inspired by "Irwolobongdo," a royal emblem of the Joseon era and a symbol of a peaceful and prosperous reign, the product body and overall packaging finely incorporate Korean aesthetic elements.
On the device body is an "Irwolobongdo" motif rendered in a mother-of-pearl decorative style, and opening the packaging box creates an effect as if a folding screen is unfolding. In addition, the front LCD screen features "Eolgulmunsi sumaksae (Smile of Silla)," an emblem of Gyeongju, the host city, underscoring both local symbolism and traditional beauty.
Traditional design elements were also added to the separate components. The head cap was inspired by a "jokduri" and "daenggi," and the jokduri ornament features the "butterfly" pattern, the official emblem of this APEC summit. The inclusion of the National Museum of Korea's official goods, the "najeon tiger hand mirror," and a norigae ornament completes the components and package design, maximizing a luxurious yet distinctly Korean aesthetic.
