GS25, a convenience store operated by GS Retail, said on Nov. 2 that it will hold the "2025 year-end liquor festa" for the month of November.
For customers preparing early for year-end events such as Christmas, it stocked about 1,500 types of liquor, including wine, champagne, and whisky.
As signature items, it prepared Mosel Christmas rosé and riesling, and Hessen Christmas rosé and riesling. The two wines are produced in Germany's Mosel and Rheinhessen, respectively, and are characterized by bottles shaped like Christmas trees.
Shoppers can also find the 2025 Beaujolais Villages Nouveau, released worldwide on the third Thursday of every November. Beaujolais Nouveau is a wine briefly aged for 4 to 6 weeks from grapes harvested in September of that year.
For whisky, value picks ideal for highballs include 1-liter bottles such as Concierge Whisky and Grant's Triple Wood. In the premium line, GS25 will be the first among domestic retailers to introduce blended Scotch whisky and Scottish Leader Sherry Cask.
During the event period, GS25 will offer discounts such as 20% off with credit cards on select liquor purchases and 20% cashback via Naver Pay and Payco.
