Hotel Shilla said on the 28th that four fine-dining restaurants at The Shilla Seoul were listed in the global restaurant guide "La Liste 2026 (LALISTE2026)."
La Liste is a gastronomy guide founded by Philippe FAURE, France's ambassador for life and former chair of Atout France. Each year, it evaluates restaurants and hotels worldwide and releases the "Global Top 1,000 Restaurants & Hotels."
The restaurants named to La Liste are the Korean restaurant La Yeon, the French restaurant Continental, the Japanese restaurant Ariake, and the Chinese restaurant Palsun.
The rankings for the No. 1 restaurant in Korea and for restaurants worldwide will be revealed at the main event to be held in Paris, France, in Nov.
To mark the La Liste selection, The Shilla Seoul will offer champagne with welcome canapés to customers visiting the restaurants from the 29th to the 31st.
