SPC Samlip said on the 25th that it will launch a collaboration product by teaming up with the pizza franchise "Jackson Pizza" for its product "Samlip Hotteok." Jackson Pizza is a handcrafted pizza brand popular with the MZ generation (born from the late 1980s to the early 2000s) for its authentic American taste and vibe.
The new products unveiled this time are either a pizza reinterpreted in Jackson Pizza's own style using Samlip Hotteok's honey filling, or hotteok-style items that recreate Jackson Pizza's menu. "Jackson Pizza cheese butter honey hotteok" features a sweet-and-savory flavor by adding cheese and salted butter to Samlip Hotteok's domestically produced honey filling. It is sold at 51 Jackson Pizza stores and on delivery apps.
"Samlip Hotteok Jackson cheese butter honey hotteok" is a hotteok-style product that further transforms the cheese butter honey hotteok pizza. "Samlip Hotteok basil pizza hotteok," which recreates Jackson Pizza's signature Legend Pizza, features the flavor of basil pesto.
Goods using Samlip Hotteok and Jackson Pizza were also released. The round keyring goods, designed with hotteok on the front and pizza on the back, can be unfolded and used as a shopping bag. These goods are offered as prizes through a drawing for those who participate in a purchase verification event underway on SPC Samlip's official Instagram.
