CROWN Confectionery said on the 22nd it will launch Ongsilhan Chilgok Cookie, a premium biscuit based on seven grains. It features a deeper, richer grain taste and a healthy profile by adding white rice and black rice.
According to CROWN Confectionery, Chilgok Cookie is a new product that follows Ogok Cookie, released in 2005. It is made with seven grains: oats, quinoa, peanuts, lentils, black sesame, plus white rice and black rice. It uses high-quality domestically grown rice to capture a distinctive nutty aroma and the clean, mild taste of grains.
The content of our rice (white rice + black rice) reaches 10%. Thanks to the rich nutrition of the grains, it also offers satiety and health benefits. CROWN Confectionery said it is ideal as a healthy snack for a rushed morning when you skip a meal or a peckish afternoon.
