Dongwon Home Food said on the 19th that it signed a food ingredient supply agreement with RPK Company, which operates the pizza franchise "Record Pizza." Record Pizza started at the Omokgyo location in Seoul in 2017 and is a pizza-and-beer (pimek) franchise where multiple people can enjoy 18-inch large pizzas along with a variety of alcoholic beverages.
On this day, Dongwon Home Food signed the ingredient supply agreement with RPK Company at the Dongwon Group headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by Park Sang-cheon, head of Dongwon Home Food's dining ingredient business unit, and RPK Company co-CEOs Kim Seok-young and Kim Jin-ah, as well as employees from both companies.
Through this business agreement, Dongwon Home Food will supply about 5 billion won worth of ingredients annually to 37 Record Pizza stores nationwide. Dongwon Home Food purchases high-quality agricultural, livestock, and marine products from farms through various methods, including direct sourcing from production areas and fixed-price and private contracts. It also handles more than 30,000 types of food ingredients, ranging from in-house manufactured sauces and dressings to processed foods and non-food items.
Director General Park said, "We will continue to work to maintain a cooperative relationship with RPK Company so that we can grow together," adding, "We will provide the best dining service by supplying fresh and safe ingredients through a systematic management system."
