Shinsegae Group said on the 18th that it will begin open recruitment for 2026 new hires starting on the 19th.
Shinsegae Group affiliates participating in this recruitment are Emart, Shinsegae Department Store, SCK Company (Starbucks), Shinsegae Property, Shinsegae DF (duty free), Shinsegae I&C, Shinsegae Central, Shinsegae Food, SSG.com, and Shinsegae Live Shopping, for a total of 10 companies.
The application period runs from Sep. 19 to Oct. 13.
Document screening results will be announced in late October, and final candidates will be selected after interviews. Starting with this year's open recruitment, the previous one-month internship has been abolished, and final candidates will be selected based only on document screening and interviews.
Final candidates will join the company in January next year, a month earlier than before, allowing them to lock in their career paths early and plan their careers stably.
