COSMAX Group (Chair Lee Kyung-soo), a global cosmetics, health functional foods, and pharmaceuticals ODM (research, development, and manufacturing) corporations, said on the 16th that it will conduct open recruitment for entry-level employees in the second half of 2025. Applications will be accepted on the COSMAX Group recruitment website until 4 p.m. on the 29th.
This recruitment involves key group affiliates, including the holding company COSMAX BTI, COSMAX, and COSMAX Pet. The positions are centered on R&I (Research & Innovation) and include marketing (sales), overseas sales, strategic marketing, IT, global business, management, and IR.
Eligible applicants are graduates of four-year regular universities (including graduate schools) and those scheduled to graduate in Feb. 2026. The selection process will proceed in the following order: document screening, AI competency test (online) and practical interview, final interview, and pre-employment medical exam. The expected start date is late Dec. 2025.

It plans to hold online and in-person job counseling sessions. On the 18th and the 25th, it will hold job counseling sessions with current employees at major domestic universities and at Catch Café Sinchon, respectively.
