Seven-Eleven decided to relaunch baseball cards after the "2025 KBO official collection card" product, released in 4th May, sold out all 4 million packs in three months.
The 2025 KBO official collection card plus offers a total of 115 player cards, including a new lineup such as Kim Ho-ryeong and Song Seung-gi. Each pack (1,000 won) contains three cards, and the card types are operated in five categories: normal, holo, plus parallel, all-star, and signature.
The newly introduced "all-star" card includes a special card commemorating the 2025 KBO League All-Star Game. The back of the card lists the player's All-Star selection details.
Seven-Eleven began with the "K League Panini card" in 2023 and has released various sports photo cards, including basketball, volleyball, and baseball. Cumulative sales surpassed 10 million packs last month.
Kim Yeorim, the merchandise manager in charge of the daily goods team at Seven-Eleven, said, "We will continue to swiftly discover a variety of products to keep serving as a destination for MZ generation 'digging consumption' ("deeply immersed hobby spending")."
