Amorepacific Group marks its 80th anniversary and embarks on a new leap.
Amorepacific Group announced on the 8th that it presented its mid-to-long-term vision and strategy to achieve a revenue of 15 trillion won by 2035 during the founding ceremony held on the 4th at its headquarters in Yongsan.
Amorepacific Group has established 'Create New Beauty' as its vision slogan and developed five key strategies to realize it. The company plans to enhance its business portfolio, aiming to enter the global top three in the premium skincare institutional sector and expand overseas revenue to account for 70% of its total.
In addition, over the next 10 years, the company aims to realize its mid-to-long-term vision through five strategic tasks: ▲focusing on nurturing global core markets (Everyone Global) ▲strengthening integrated beauty solutions (Holistic) ▲developing anti-aging solutions based on biotechnology (Ageless) ▲innovating agile organizations (AMORE Spark) ▲transforming operations with artificial intelligence (AI First).
The 'Everyone Global' strategy, which focuses on nurturing global core markets, is being promoted around the 'Pentagon five major markets' including Korea, North America, Europe, India and the Middle East, China, and Japan and the Asia-Pacific.
The 'Holistic' strategy encompasses the entire beauty spectrum, focusing on strengthening an integrated portfolio.
The 'Ageless' strategy focuses on developing biotechnology-based anti-aging solutions. It will increase investments in key research areas such as damage prevention, aging delay, and structural improvement to drive next-generation technological innovations. The 'AMORE Spark' strategy for organizational innovation emphasizes establishing a collaborative innovation system and enhancing the new product development process.
The 'AI First' strategy aims to fundamentally innovate the way of working and customer experience through enterprise-wide AI transformation. AI will be applied across key institutional sectors including marketing, research and development, production, logistics, and sales.
Seo Kyung-bae, chairman of Amorepacific Group, said in a commemorative speech, "As 'beauty creators' who have ventured into and created realms of beauty, we will showcase unique beauty that transcends age and time, emanating from the harmony of body and mind" and that, "Over the next 10 years, we will grow into a global representative beauty and wellness corporation with revenues of 15 trillion won."
