Lotte Department Store announced on the 4th that it has partnered with the luxury department store "Galeries Lafayette" in Paris, France for a VIP service.
Galeries Lafayette is a department store located in the center of Paris, operating more than 2,000 brand stores in a space of about 70,000 square meters.
Through this partnership, Lotte Department Store's VIP customers this year, known as "Avenuel" (AVENUEL), will have access to the VIP lounge "Le Concierge" at the Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann branch.
Customers using the lounge can receive champagne, snacks, and welcome gifts when purchasing above a certain amount, and they also have the benefit of "hands-free shopping" with delivery and product storage available in downtown Paris. Additionally, the lounge offers a fast-track duty-free service that allows for quick processing of tax refunds.
Lotte Department Store is enhancing VIP customer benefits, having partnered with Michelin-starred restaurants for the first time in the industry last August. Avenuel customers can utilize "Avenuel points" to make restaurant reservations and receive special benefits like "welcome drinks" and "special plating."
Kim Hee-won, head of customer service at Lotte Department Store, noted, "The Galeries Lafayette Haussmann branch is an iconic attraction where you can experience both shopping and the architecture and culture of Paris at the same time." He added, "We will continue to expand our collaboration with major global department stores and introduce differentiated services focused on 'experiences' beyond mere shopping."
