On the 3rd, Shinsegae Live Shopping announced that it will expand its 'next day delivery' service to include products shipped by partner companies.
The next day delivery service allows customers to receive purchased broadcast products the day after placing an order. Currently, this service applies only to products departing from the Shinsegae Live Shopping logistics center, but it will soon include items shipped directly by partner companies.
Through this expansion of service, customers will experience the same delivery speed regardless of the product's departure point. Partner companies expect increased sales from the fast delivery service along with reductions in logistics costs.
Shinsegae Live Shopping will integrate logistics management through system links with partner companies and CJ Logistics. Currently, this is being applied to beauty products, health supplements, and some fashion items, with plans to gradually expand the scope in the future.
Lee Gyu-bong, executive director in charge of support at Shinsegae Live Shopping, noted, 'We will continue to provide services that satisfy both customers and partner companies through delivery innovation.'
