Ediya Coffee announced on the 29th that it will release a fall limited new menu in collaboration with Chef Seong-jun Kwon. Chef Kwon appeared under the name 'Napoli Mafia' on the Netflix original program 'Culinary Class Wars.'
The newly introduced menu includes two beverages: hazelnut Americano and hazelnut gelato cafe mocha, along with hazelnut tiramisu. It utilizes hazelnuts, a savory nut widely used in Italy.
Hazelnut Americano enhances the soft aroma by adding hazelnut powder to Ediya Coffee's Americano, while hazelnut gelato cafe mocha combines rich chocolate, gelato-textured ice cream, and hazelnuts to maximize the sweet and savory flavor. Hazelnut tiramisu is characterized by its soft cream with a subtle hint of hazelnut.
Ediya Coffee and Chef Seong-jun Kwon pledged that if this new menu records the highest sales among all fall season beverages in Ediya Coffee's history, Chef Kwon will award meal vouchers for his restaurant 'Viatoledo.' The new menu is set to be sold starting from the 2nd of next month.
A representative from Ediya Coffee noted, "We planned this collaborative beverage to provide customers with a unique experience through collaboration with Italian culinary expert Chef Seong-jun Kwon," adding, "We hope you enjoy the unique taste and atmosphere of Ediya Coffee's hazelnut menu."
