On the 24th, Lotte announced that it held the '2025 Lotte Global Job Fair' (LOTTE Global Job Fair).
The 2025 Lotte Global Job Fair, which took place on the 22nd at L7 Westlake Hanoi by Lotte in Vietnam, is an event aimed at job seekers to introduce the vision and businesses of the Lotte Group and to provide a place where they can meet current HR representatives for hiring consultations.
This is the first time Lotte has held a hiring event overseas to secure global talent.
Lotte selected Vietnam, a key market for the group, as the first venue for the global job fair. Having entered the Vietnamese market in 1998 with Lotteria, Lotte has expanded its business areas, including retail, tourism, and services, and currently has 15 group companies actively operating. The number of employees working locally in Vietnam reaches 10,000.
A total of six group companies participated in this 2025 Lotte Global Job Fair, including Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, Hotel Lotte, Lotte World, Lotte Mulsan, and LOTTE Innovate, with plans to hire a total of over 500 people this year.
The event space was composed of three areas: an introduction to the Lotte Group, promotional booths for group companies operating in Vietnam, and hiring consultations.
'Life with LOTTE,' which introduces the vision and growth history of the Lotte Group and its business in Vietnam, 'Career with LOTTE,' which offers career counseling and mock interview opportunities, and 'Fun with LOTTE,' which features promotional booths for group companies and prize events.
Participants had the opportunity to understand Lotte by listening to explanations about the vision and growth history of the Lotte Group and its companies that have entered Vietnam.
Afterward, they received intensive mentoring on hiring and job-related topics from current HR representatives, as well as participated in mock interviews and career consultations. Pre-selected individuals were also given the chance to tour Lotte Mall Westlake Hanoi, exploring various business sites and experiencing them firsthand.
A Lotte official noted, 'We are considering holding global hiring events in Indonesia and India, which are core markets for the Lotte Group.'
