Inspire Entertainment Resort officially appointed Lee Sang-won as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) on the 11th.
CTO Lee Sang-won is a leader with strategic insight and operational expertise, and will play a key role in leading the growth and innovation of Inspire. Inspire expects that he will enhance organizational efficiency and inter-departmental collaboration to boost competitiveness and drive sustainable growth.
This CTO has accumulated extensive experience from strategy development to execution at various domestic and international corporations, including McKinsey & Company, LG Electronics, and Serveone. During his tenure, he led projects that improved both the organization's growth strategies and internal operational efficiency while collaborating with over 30 major corporations on M&A, business strategies, and operational system enhancements. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Seoul National University, as well as a master's degree in electrical engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University in the United States.
In the future, CTO Lee Sang-won will oversee key areas such as strategy planning, data analysis, and IT at Inspire, leading major projects aimed at enhancing corporate competitiveness. Through this, Inspire plans to create a more systematic and efficient business operating environment and strengthen innovation at all touchpoints of customer experience.
