SK Square's subsidiary 11Street announced on the 29th that it has introduced a 'seller easy sign-up process' to attract new sellers and has strengthened various benefits for initial sales expansion, including exposure on price comparison sites and discount support.
The newly established easy sign-up system is designed to significantly reduce the onboarding process, allowing sellers to more easily start activities on 11Street. It has cut the number of input items by more than half compared to the previous system and minimized the necessary documents to alleviate the complexity of the registration process.
The sign-up channels have also been expanded. Previously, seller registration was only possible through the PC-based 'seller office', but now it can also be done through mobile web and apps, improving accessibility. Product registration is possible even before final approval, and once registration is complete, products will be automatically exposed, reducing the time until sales commence.
Support for the early settlement of new sellers has also been strengthened. 11Street has started exposing new sellers' products on price comparison platforms since early this month and has helped apply discounted prices to secure price competitiveness. The advertising points have doubled from 50,000 points to 100,000 points, and a commission reduction benefit is provided for all product categories for 12 months, regardless of the transaction amount.
Kim Si-jun, head of the service planning group at 11Street, noted, 'We are working to improve services by focusing on essential functions and benefits based on ongoing communication with sellers,' and added, 'With the launch of the new 'seller easy sign-up process' and enhanced benefits for new sellers, we hope that sellers entering the open market will be able to settle in and grow easily and quickly on 11Street.'
