LOTTE Wellfood announced on the 29th that it has officially launched the 'Next Day Delivery' service on its official online mall, Food Mall, allowing customers to order today and receive their items tomorrow. By using the 'Next Day Delivery' service, customers can receive next-day delivery throughout the week, including weekends.
The eligible products include some categories such as home meal replacements (HMR) and processed meat. If the purchase is completed by midnight on weekdays or by 10 p.m. on weekends, customers can receive their products the next day. A free shipping coupon is also provided for orders over 10,000 won.
Products in the infant food category, such as Pasture with Mom, are not available for the 'Next Day Delivery' service but can be safely received through factory direct delivery (5 days a week, excluding weekends). Freshly produced Pasture brand products are delivered directly to customers' doorsteps, ensuring quality and freshness.
Meanwhile, LOTTE Wellfood is expanding its direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy through Food Mall, increasing touchpoints with consumers. An event is currently underway where customers who purchase six cans of Pasture with Mom infant food (100 days, Stage 2) receive essential parenting items for free.
A LOTTE Wellfood official noted, "With the Next Day Delivery service from LOTTE Wellfood Food Mall, customers can now experience signature brand products such as meal theory and Uiseong garlic ham more quickly and conveniently," adding, "We plan to enhance customer convenience and benefits in the future."
