Pernod Ricard Korea, the Korean subsidiary of the global spirits company Pernod Ricard Group, announced on the 28th that Fadil TASGIN will take office as the new representative.
According to Pernod Ricard Korea, the new representative, TASGIN, will begin his term on September 1. After majoring in business administration at Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, Representative TASGIN started his career at Unilever and held various executive positions in institutional sectors within Turkey. He then worked at Danone for over eight years, managing a large sales organization while overseeing sales operations across Turkey and leading trade marketing and business development.
TASGIN, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the consumer goods and spirits industries, joined Pernod Ricard as the sales head in Turkey in 2012, building knowledge and expertise in wine and spirits distribution. He was subsequently appointed as the representative for Pernod Ricard Austria in 2019, the representative for Pernod Ricard Philippines in 2021, and the representative for Pernod Ricard Philippines and Indonesia in 2023.
The new representative, TASGIN, noted, "I am well aware of the infinite possibilities of the Korean market and the high expectations of consumers. Based on Pernod Ricard's strong portfolio of premium and prestige brands such as Ballantine's, Royal Salute, and Perrier-Jouët, I will meet the tastes and needs of Korean consumers and lead the growth of Pernod Ricard Korea."
