Pulmuone's food service corporation, Pulmuone Food & Culture, announced on the 8th that it will sequentially operate a 'Celebrity Meal' promotion aimed at contract meal service customers with chefs Lee Yeon-bok and Oh Se-deok until the end of the year.
This Celebrity Meal will be conducted at 15 contract meal service business sites across the country, including large corporations, IT companies, military bases, and research institutes, operated by Pulmuone Food & Culture. It is planned to provide premium dining services and special encounters with star chefs in everyday life.
According to Pulmuone Food & Culture, the chef is expected to present a menu based on the signature recipe of the Chinese restaurant 'Mokran' that he runs. The set is likely to include popular Mokran items such as direct-fire black bean noodles and authentic Chinese fried rice, along with handmade sweet and sour pork and Dongpo pork. Starting with the LG Display Paju establishment, a representative Chinese menu will be offered at five business sites, one each month.
Chef Oh plans to utilize popular menu items from his brand 'Oh Pan Fire.' Since May, Chef Oh has been sequentially operating the Celebrity Meal at a total of 10 business sites, starting with the POSCO central cafeteria. The representative menu item is 'Rotisserie Chicken,' a rotisserie-style chicken served with pepper sauce. A variety of side dishes will also be provided according to the characteristics and preferences of each business site.
Lee Dong-hoon, representative of Pulmuone Food & Culture, noted, 'This Celebrity Meal is a differentiated customer service designed to enjoy a special meal at the level of premium dining, going beyond simple contract meals.' He added, 'In the future, we will provide a more enjoyable and sophisticated food culture with various menus reflecting healthy ingredients and customer needs.'
