Some raised doubts about Chorok Village's normal operations after the Seoul Rehabilitation Court decided to initiate the rehabilitation process for Jungyukgak and Chorok Village on the afternoon of the 4th.
In response, Chorok Village stated that the operating rate was 95.2% on the 5th, the same level as the previous week, and the operating rate on the 6th was also 39%, consistent with the previous week.
It also emphasized that the court granted a "comprehensive permission for business continuation" to support ongoing operations. The comprehensive operating permission issued by the court is a key system that guarantees uninterrupted execution of daily operations, including existing business, distribution, personnel, and finance, even during the rehabilitation process.
The company stated, "This rehabilitation is a responsible choice to transition beyond the short-term liquidity crisis to a sustainable structure," adding, "We will continue to prioritize market stability while maintaining trust with customers, franchisees, and partners."
