SSG.com announced on the 17th that it will unify its early morning delivery operations in the Seoul metropolitan area and the Chungcheong region starting from the 1st of next month.
The order deadline for early morning deliveries in the region will be set at 11 p.m., and the delivery completion time will be unified to 7 a.m.
The early morning delivery method will also change. Instead of placing products into an 'albi bag' left at the customer's door, items will be pre-packaged in a box for delivery.
This reorganization was implemented as CJ Logistics has taken over the early morning delivery volumes for SSG.com. SSG.com previously completed its early morning delivery network covering six major metropolitan cities across the nation.
An SSG.com official noted, "We will enhance customer convenience through the unification of the early morning delivery operations in the Seoul metropolitan area and the Chungcheong region" and said, "We will continue to strengthen our delivery services through collaboration with CJ Logistics."
