Oasis, a dawn delivery specialist company, announced on the 14th that, based on separate standards, its revenue for the first quarter increased by 4.7% compared to the same period last year, reaching 134.9 billion won, setting a new record for the highest performance in the first quarter.
During the same period, the operating profit was 6.2 billion won, an increase of 0.9% compared to the previous year, and the quarterly net profit increased by 15% to 6.9 billion won.
Oasis Market analyzed that this performance was a result of various promotions conducted in the first quarter, including an event celebrating the surpassing of 2 million members and strong results in the online institutional sector.
In particular, aggressive marketing strategies implemented since late February, including increased advertising spending and expanded delivery areas, yielded results, with March sales increasing by 16% compared to December of the previous year. During the same period, online sales rose by 23%, driving the overall performance increase.
In March of this year, the number of deliveries increased by 26% compared to December of the previous year, and as of the end of March, the number of loyal customers who made purchases six times or more a month rose by 72% compared to the same month last year.
Oasis Market noted that "despite the difficult distribution environment, we are achieving revenue growth and profit realization simultaneously, navigating as a profitable e-commerce company."
