E-Land Group announced on the 9th that it will conduct open recruitment to cultivate the next-generation CEOs who will lead the future business-to-consumer (B2C) transaction industry through its Strategic Planning Headquarters ESI (Eland Strategic Intelligence).
This recruitment was initiated to secure key talents that will support the group's mid- to long-term growth strategy despite the contraction of the recruitment market due to global economic uncertainties.
Since its establishment in 2007, ESI has aimed to cultivate 100 CEOs capable of leading a business worth 1 trillion won, continuously producing key representatives of the group, including Yoon Sung-dae, representative of E-Land China Fashion; Jo Dong-joo, representative of E-Land Korea Fashion; and Lee Ji-woon, representative of E-Land Park.
ESI has an operational approach that allows it to perform the core tasks of each corporation as a counterpart to the CEOs of E-Land Group, enabling the accumulation of practical business problem-solving experience.
It operates a merit-based early selection system and promotes rapid self-directed growth through the 'PM qualification system,' which allows for growth as a project leader even in the early stages of employment, and a funding system to enhance field experience.
This open recruitment targets a total of five positions: ▲strategic planning (domestic) ▲strategic planning (overseas) ▲sales and marketing ▲human resources ▲finance and funding, with application submissions ongoing until the 19th.
Following this, candidates will go through job suitability tests, interviews, and internships, with internships scheduled to be conducted in July and August.
Internship participants will have the opportunity to engage in projects across various industries, including ▲fashion ▲retail ▲food and beverages ▲hotels and resorts ▲construction, and will act as counterparts to the affiliated companies' CEOs.
Along with this, participants can also engage in programs aimed at enhancing management capabilities, such as job training and special lectures by business leaders.
