On the 25th, Lotte Department Store announced that it will hold a joint workshop with small and medium-sized partner companies. This program began in 2014 under the name 'Healing Camp' and has reached its 9th session this year, establishing itself as a representative program to strengthen long-term partnerships with partner companies.
This year's workshop will be held from April 24 to 30 in two sessions at Inje Speedium in Gangwon Province. The workshop is designed for approximately 300 small and medium-sized partner companies that conduct transactions with Lotte Department Store, with executives and buyers from Lotte Department Store's MD division attending to ensure practical capacity building and communication.
Lectures will be conducted to help enhance the capabilities of partner companies based on practical expertise. These will cover various topics, including survival strategies to thrive in the rapidly changing retail industry, real-world communication skills learned from broadcasters, and motivation techniques through stories from soccer legends. There will also be programs aimed at strengthening partnerships and fostering unity.
Park Sung-cheol, head of the external cooperation division at Lotte Department Store, noted, 'Lotte Department Store believes that coexistence with partner companies is of utmost importance and is committed to planning programs that can provide practical assistance to the development of partners, such as the joint workshop.' He added, 'We will continue to strive to create opportunities for capacity development and communication.'
