The Korea Customs Service and the Korea Duty-Free Shop Association announced on the 23rd that the "Korea Duty-Free FESTA 2025" will be held for 62 days from the 27th to June 28.
This event is a nationwide duty-free shopping festival timed to coincide with the travel peak season. It has been organized to attract foreign tourists and stimulate domestic consumption by both foreigners and locals.
A total of 14 duty-free shop operators, including those in Incheon, Seoul, Busan, and Jeju, will participate, offering discounts of up to 50% both online and offline, along with giveaways. Additional discounts will apply to participants of the comprehensive Hallyu event "MyK Festa."
During the festival, a "duty-free shopping map" (QR code) will be provided at key tourist locations and duty-free shops to enhance travel and shopping convenience for tourists.
