Korea Seven announced on the 20th that its convenience store 7-Eleven will expand its collaboration with the eating broadcast creator "Hibap" and the education and entrance exam creator "Mimi Mimu" to include ready-to-eat meals.
Since December of last year, 7-Eleven has released a total of eight products in collaboration with Hibap, including Lucky Hibap Kimchi Ramen.
The new Lucky Hibap ready meal introduced this time includes "Lucky Hibap Spicy Rice Cake Triangle Kimbap" and "Lucky Hibap Spicy Rice Cake Kimbap," which incorporate spicy rice cakes, a signature item of Hibap.
The Lucky Hibap Spicy Rice Cake Triangle Kimbap is based on rice seasoned with spicy sauce, filled with mozzarella cheese combined with corn. The Lucky Hibap Spicy Rice Cake Kimbap uses spicy rice seasoned rice, with plenty of egg garnish inside to create a soft texture.
On the 22nd, they will additionally introduce "Lucky Hibap Rosé Udon Stir-Fried & Giant Cheese Stick," topped with a savory giant cheese stick over 20 cm long.
7-Eleven will also unveil the third collaborative product with Mimi Mimu. 7-Eleven has previously introduced a new seasonal collaboration product for the back-to-school period with Mimi Mimu's catchphrases and packaging aimed at the last Valentine's Day and White Day seasons.
The two types of Mimi Mimu ready meals being introduced now incorporate the popular YouTube content "Hosu Interpretation Device." The Hosu Interpretation Device is content that selects students with good grades based on just a few clues.
"Mimi Mimu Spicy Pride Interpretation Triangle Kimbap" is a ready meal designed to identify the strong contenders in spicy flavors. It includes vegetables used as pizza toppings and pepperoni.
"Mimi Mimu Charcoal Chicken Interpretation Triangle Kimbap" utilizes "chibap." It is generously filled with rice mixed in spicy and sweet chicken sauce topped with fried charcoal chicken.
