Lotte Hotel and Resort announced on the 15th that it will open 'L7 Cheongnyangni by Lotte' next month.
It is the seventh hotel of the lifestyle hotel brand 'L7 Hotel by Lotte' both domestically and internationally. It will be operated under a consignment operation in accordance with Lotte Hotel and Resort's 'Asset Light' strategy.
Consignment operation differs from direct management, where real estate is directly purchased and operated, as it only acquires operating rights, which requires high brand value and competitiveness. This is a management strategy primarily adopted by leading global corporations.
So far, Lotte Hotel has adhered to the direct management method domestically. The L7 Cheongnyangni by Lotte is the first hotel managed by consignment among the Lotte Hotels operating in the country.
L7 Cheongnyangni by Lotte is located in the 'Lotte Castle SKY-L65' landmark tower, just a minute's walk from Cheongnyangni Station. The 7th and 8th floors will feature a lobby reflecting the sentiment of Cheongnyangni Station along with various facilities, while floors 18 through 25 will have 260 guest rooms.
'Floating' buffet restaurant and 'Floating Lounge and Bar,' where guests can enjoy signature cocktails with a panoramic view of downtown Seoul, will be established, and a nature-friendly garden called 'Bird Garden' will be created in the mid-level outdoor space.
