Inspire Entertainment Resort (Inspire) announced on the 15th that it has newly appointed Han-na Lee as the senior vice president of strategic marketing, who previously worked at GS Retail.
This senior vice president will oversee marketing strategies for Inspire's non-casino institutional sector. The plan is to focus on enhancing customer-centric digital marketing capabilities and expanding brand competitiveness.
The vice president is an expert with over 24 years of experience in strategy and marketing at various corporations, including Bain & Company, BAT, LINE, and GS Retail.
In particular, they have played both major and minor roles in innovating customer experiences and achieving strategic goals through digital transformation.
With the vice president's joining, Inspire plans to newly reorganize its customer experience (CX), brand, and global communications departments.
