Hanwha Galleria announced on the 9th that it is strengthening its food and beverage (F&B) competitiveness by introducing a large number of new restaurants in its Galleria Luxury Hall food court, "Gourmet 494."
A total of 16 new restaurants are scheduled to open by next month, 11 of which are the first of their kind in the industry. The domestic first store of the French premium butter specialty store "La Convivialité" features the bakery specialty store "Maison La Convivialité," which is particularly notable.
La Convivialité, which follows strict traditional methods to mature cream for over 16 hours, is known for its unique rich flavor. It is also famous for its butter, which is in high demand at luxury hotels domestically and internationally. Maison La Convivialité uses French La Convivialité butter to make its bread.
Numerous restaurants operated by renowned chefs in the country will also open. Among them is the Korean restaurant "Mama Ramen Bar," a collaboration between chef Song Ha-seol-ram, who appeared as the "Side Dish Chef" in a recent cooking program, and chef Kang Min-goo of Mingles, as well as the hand-made hamburg steak "Ilpan Hamburger" debuted at chef Kim Il-pan's teppanyaki specialty store "Ilpan," which is a first in Korea.
There are also chef Jo Won-hyun's ramen specialty store "Damtack," which has been selected for the Michelin Bib Gourmand for two consecutive years, and chef Paupisit’s Thai specialty restaurant "Pad Kapow" in Haebangchon.
In the coffee and dessert category, it will showcase the specialty "Stereoscope," which debuted in California in 2013, and "Amore Napoli," which reproduces about 60 bakery menus and flavors from southern Italy.
