Lotteria, the burger franchise brand operated by Lotte GRS, announced on the 31st that it has delivered relief food for fire stations and fire victims in the affected areas of the Gyeongbuk wildfires.
According to Lotteria, meals consisting of burger menus and drinks were provided through Andong Fire Station, Uiseong Fire Station, and Yeongdeok Fire Station in cooperation with nearby franchised stores that experienced wildfire damage from the 27th to the 28th.
Seven stores located in Andong, Gumi, and Yeongdeok participated in the production of hamburgers and beverage support. In the Andong indoor gymnasium, which is operating as a shelter for evacuees, donuts were additionally provided using the Angel-in-us Coffee and donut truck.
A Lotte GRS official said, “We delivered burgers and drinks to each fire station to support the hard work of firefighters who are trying to extinguish the wildfires and to assist in rapid firefighting.” They also noted, “We hope that recovery will happen soon, and that a stable daily life can be restored.
