Nongshim provided a total of 120,000 disaster relief supplies (6,000 emergency food packs) in two phases for firefighting personnel and disaster victims staying in shelters last week.

The total number of relief supplies provided by Nongshim for this Gyeongsang region wildfire amounts to 180,000, with a total value of 500 million won when combined with the donations.

Kim Bo-kyu, head of Nongshim's management planning department, noted, 'Nongshim plans to continuously support from disaster relief to recovery efforts,' adding, 'We will provide additional supplies and personnel for the restoration of forests, private homes, and facilities.'

The emergency food pack is a social contribution project that Nongshim has continued since 2020 in collaboration with the Korea National Council on Social Welfare. It is structured as an emergency support program for disaster victims and a regular support program for vulnerable groups.
