
CJ Foodville announced on the 28th that its consolidated revenue for the last year reached 909.2 billion won and operating profit was 55.6 billion won, reflecting respective increases of 7.6% and 22.7% compared to the previous year. It has maintained a continuous growth trend for four consecutive years since successfully returning to profitability in 2021.
The performance of the overseas segment was strong. Sales recorded by overseas subsidiaries increased by 42 billion won compared to the previous year, reaching 211.6 billion won. The net income from overseas subsidiaries more than doubled.
Currently, Tous Les Jours, operated by CJ Foodville, has expanded to 9 countries, operating around 560 stores, with local subsidiaries in the United States, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
Thanks to the popularity of K-bakery, the profit margin expansion has been notable in key markets such as the United States and Indonesia. Last year, sales from the U.S. subsidiary recorded a 30% increase compared to the previous year, reaching 137.3 billion won. Tous Les Jours currently operates stores focused on key business districts in more than 27 states across the United States, including Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
