From the 28th, customers in all areas of Nam-gu and Dong-gu in Gwangju Metropolitan City, as well as some regions of Buk-gu and Seo-gu, can place orders for early morning delivery products until 10 p.m. and receive them by 7 a.m. the next day. Starting April 3, this service will be available throughout Gwangju, including Gwangsan-gu.
SSG.com plans to maximize shopping convenience for customers in Gwangju by providing differentiated shopping products and services along with competitive delivery. To this end, it will apply the 'freshness guarantee system' to most fresh products delivered in the Gwangju area. If a customer judges that a fresh product received through early morning delivery is not fresh, they can easily receive a refund by posting a picture of the product.
Based on CJ Logistics' logistics infrastructure and expertise, timely delivery is also guaranteed. In fact, the on-time delivery rate for early morning deliveries in the Busan and Daegu regions approached 100%. In Gwangju Metropolitan City, if a product arrives late, SSG.com will refund up to 100,000 won in SSG Money.
SSG.com is offering 'unlimited free shipping' benefits to customers who purchase more than 20,000 won worth of early morning delivery products until June 30.
