Aekyung Industrial announced on the 26th that it has signed this year's wage agreement through amicable discussions with the labor union.
Aekyung Industrial has maintained a record of 23 consecutive years without disputes since 2003.
The management and labor of Aekyung Industrial signed the 2025 wage agreement the previous day at the company headquarters located in Mapo District, Seoul, attended by CEO Kim Sang-jun and Labor Union Chairman Kim Hyuk-joong.
Through this agreement, the management and labor decided to continue mutual cooperation to actively respond to the uncertain management environment and achieve sustainable growth. They also promised to create an organizational culture and system that is conducive to work, including improving employees' welfare and working conditions.
Labor Union Chairman Kim Hyuk-joong said that "the Aekyung Industrial union will continue open communication for the development of the company, coexistence, and the enhancement of workers' welfare."
CEO Kim Sang-jun emphasized that "the record of 23 consecutive years without disputes was made possible because management and labor have continuously cooperated for mutual development" and stated, "We will strive to ensure job security and spread a model culture of coexistence."
