Lee Jeong-ae, CEO of LG H&H, stated that she will accelerate the rebalance of overseas business focused on the Americas as part of this year's business strategy.

On the 25th at 9 a.m. during the 24th regular shareholders' meeting held at LG Gwanghwamun Building in Jongno-gu, Seoul, she noted, "We will actively promote investments for inorganic growth to strengthen future growth engines and solidify the business structure through rigorous efficiency in non-core businesses."

At the meeting, LG H&H voted on a total of six agendas as proposed, including approval of the 24th financial statements, amendment of the articles of incorporation, director appointments, appointment of the Commissioner for the Audit Committee, and approval of the director's compensation limit.

LG H&H reported a consolidated revenue of 6.8119 trillion won for 2024, up 0.1% from the previous year, an operating profit of 459 billion won, down 5.7%, and a net profit of 203.9 billion won, up 24.7%. The dividend per share was approved at 3,500 won for common shares and 3,550 won for preferred shares. The dividend payout ratio is 31%.

At this meeting, they also approved amendments to the articles of incorporation to improve the procedures for interim dividends as part of a shareholder-friendly policy. The record date for determining shareholders' rights for interim dividends was changed from the current "July 1 at 0:00" to "board resolution," and the board will be required to announce this two weeks before the confirmed dividend record date. Consequently, shareholders can decide on their investments after confirming the dividend policy.

The board elected Lee Myung-seok as an inside director and re-appointed him as CFO (Chief Financial Officer), while appointing Lee Sang-cheol, a professor at Ewha Womans University School of Business, and Lee Seung-yoon, a professor at Konkuk University School of Business, as outside directors. Additionally, they reappointed Lee Woo-young, a professor at Seoul National University School of Law, as a director who will serve on the Audit Committee, and appointed Professors Lee Sang-cheol and Lee Seung-yoon as new Commissioners of the Audit Committee. The Audit Committee of LG H&H is composed entirely of outside directors.
