On the 20th, the electronic commerce (e-commerce) platform Cafe24 announced it is partnering with the representative beauty multi-content network (MCN) group 'Different Millions (Dimeal)' to accelerate the market for content commerce based on YouTube shopping for beauty creators.

On this day, Cafe24 and Dimeal signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to expand the commerce ecosystem and diversify their businesses through matching beauty creators and brands.

Dimeal is a domestic beauty and lifestyle creator corporation established in 2019. It includes over 700 beauty, fashion, and lifestyle creators and influencers, such as the famous beauty creators Doyoung Doyoung (920,000 followers) and Jaeyu (540,000 followers).

This agreement outlines how Cafe24 and Dimeal will connect beauty brands and creators, supporting the development of a new business model that integrates commerce and content through Cafe24's 'YouTube shopping' feature.

Specifically, both companies will collaborate on ▲ establishing a matching system between Cafe24's client brands and creators affiliated with Dimeal ▲ supporting the e-commerce business expansion of Dimeal's creators through the YouTube shopping function ▲ diversifying the growth of brands and creators.

Cafe24 expects to further expand the content commerce ecosystem in the beauty field by utilizing the YouTube shopping feature through this partnership.

Song Jong-sun, Deputy Minister of Marketing Innovation (MI) at Cafe24, noted, 'With this collaboration, we will strengthen the YouTube shopping ecosystem alongside Dimeal, which leads the beauty content commerce market.' He added, 'Cafe24 will spare no effort in providing the optimal environment and support for the successful business growth of creators and brands.'
