On April 20, Lotte Engineering and Construction announced that Lotte World Tower will host the '2025 Lotte World Tower Sky Run with SPYDER' on the 13th.
This competition is open to everyone, regardless of age or gender, with a total of 2,000 participants to be recruited across competitive and non-competitive institutional sectors. Registration will take place on March 19 at 11 a.m. on the Lotte On Sky Run page, and participation fees are 50,000 won.
The 'Kids Sky Run,' where guardians and children run together, will select a total of 50 teams through a lottery on the Lotte On event page, and there is no additional participation fee.
All participants will receive a race kit in advance, consisting of an official SPYDER T-shirt, a reservation voucher for 'Mission: Impossible - Final Reckoning,' an exchange voucher for the Lotte Museum's 'Atelier Ghana 1975' exhibition, and various discount coupons.
Participants who complete the race will receive a medal, a digital completion certificate, and a finish kit that includes beverages and snacks. In this competition, 25 firefighters from the Seoul Fire Department will ascend the tower wearing the same attire as at fire scenes, including helmets, firefighting suits, and air respirators, along with 25 kg of equipment.
The entire participation fee will be donated to the operating fund of the Lotte Medical Foundation's Bobath Children's Rehabilitation Center, the first pediatric rehabilitation specialized hospital in the country.
