KT&G announced on the 20th that it will conduct a free replacement recall of the 'lil SOLID 3.0' produced between August and November of last year.
This recall is due to the heater pin detachment phenomenon observed in some products produced during that period.
Consumers who purchased the targeted products can receive free replacements for normal products by visiting 'lil Minimalium', a dedicated lil brand store, or the 'lil official service center', or by using the free delivery service.

KT&G plans to temporarily suspend sales of the lil SOLID 3.0 and retrieve all existing distributed products.
A KT&G official noted, 'We are proactively implementing the recall to prevent further occurrence of the issue during use.'
